Wild Women Rustic Retreat is hosted at the House of Friesians Barn - north of Invermere BC just 3 hours from Calgary. Immerse yourself in a cozy fall weekend of movement, creativity & restoration. Sit in circle, connect in community, eat fresh & nourishing meals, have some free time to roam & head out into nature. This 2-day retreat allows you to unburden yourself from the daily grind & embody a restored & refreshed version of you.

Start Friday evening with an opening circle featuring Mother Cacao Ceremony & a fun witchy workshop to connect & gather our intentions for the weekend. Rise Saturday morning with some gentle yoga stretching & movement in a nature ramble. Saturday afternoon - get creative with a nature inspired art project to represent your time in retreat. Saturday evening - become fully embodied in a deep Akashic Yoga Nidra meditation while you drift along the frequencies of the Alchemical Crystal Bowl orchestra & Planetary Gongs. Sunday morning join the early sunrise meditation or sleep in and catch the gentle movement class before a good-bye lunch & the Closing Circle.

Stay in the House of Friesians Barn venue on the 70 acre ranch. There are 9 bedrooms in total, large gathering areas both indoor & out, a big kitchen & fireplace. Lodging, food, beverages, supplies, snacks all included.
