Wild Women Rustic Retreat is hosted at the Historic Reesor Ranch in Cypress Hills Interprovincial Park Saskatchewan side. Immerse yourself in a cozy fall weekend of movement, creativity & restoration. Sit in circle, connect in community, eat fresh & nourishing meals, have some free time to roam & head out into nature. This 2-day retreat allows you to unburden yourself from the daily grind & embody a restored & refreshed version of you.

Start Friday evening with an opening circle featuring an Egyptian Blue Lotus Tea Ceremony & a fun witchy workshop to connect & gather our intentions for the weekend.

Rise Saturday morning with some gentle yoga stretching & movement and a nature ramble. Saturday afternoon - get creative with a nature inspired art project to represent your time in retreat.

Saturday evening - become fully embodied with a connection dyads, working into. vigorous breath series. Afterwards -drift along the frequencies of the Alchemical Crystal Bowl orchestra & Planetary Gongs.

Sunday morning start with some gentle movement & Closing Circle - we will have a quick good-bye brunch before we head our separate ways.

Option to attend a Sunrise meditation. As well - we will find time to have a. Fire Ceremony weather pending.

Stay in the Historic quarters of the Old Log Barn on the Historic Ranch with private double rooms for 15, large gathering areas both indoor & out, a big kitchen & fireplace. Lodging, food, beverages, supplies, snacks all included. We have private rooms - but be aware there will be shared communal space - there are 6 toilets & 4 full bathrooms for the group.
