Soulful Yoga flow combines breath and movement to create a continuous flow from posture to posture to strengthen and open your body to align you with your soul energy more deeply. It is both invigorating and peaceful. Class is 5 mins of pranayama, 35 mins of asana flo yoga with a an extended Savasana featuring Acupuncture and Reiki healing.
