Join Registered Acupuncturists - Kim Dick & Alex Simmonds on a journey that combines the the frequencies of the planets with Ancient Chinese Medicine. Elements + Cosmos will explore the winter season with the gong sounds of the Water Element planets combined with acupuncture points on meridians that prepare us for the months ahead. This blended treatment is a beautiful way to prepare the body for the busy holiday season and help to ground and integrate a sense of wellbeing during these hectic times.

Please be a few minutes early to set up and come prepared with a yoga mat, comfy blankets, bolsters and pillows. Dress comfortably and warm to prepare for the hour of rest and relaxation. If you need special accommodation please let us know before the event.
